we don't want to get the same problem as year 2005 dealing with lots of headace by air ticket agency(name ---)- They had known the problem and sent me the sorry letter dated before the departure day - with bunch of discount coupons (I threw them into garbage can) - that letter was received a few days later while my wife and LLoyd were in France. We (Ottawa and Montreal players and parents) had many back and forth with Air France at the air port due to not seats for return and schedue was outrage - while the main agent person was away. My wife and son came home late from other airport
That is the problem we learned.
I just remind you for sure that "please don't deal with that agency".
